Terms of use

Last updated August 4, 2026

YourWorld is a personal visualization tool. By using it, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Your content

You keep ownership of the information you enter. You give YourWorld the limited permission needed to process it on your device and, when you choose sync or World sharing, to store and process the applicable data to provide those features.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, harm others, probe or disrupt the service, bypass privacy thresholds, upload malicious material, impersonate someone, or infringe another person’s rights. Do not treat World aggregates as a way to identify individuals.

Who can use YourWorld

YourWorld is offered from the United States and is not directed to any other country. It is not intended for children under 13, and you may not use it if you are under 13. If you are under 18, use it only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Accounts

You are responsible for access to your signed-in browser and Google account. You can sign out, delete the synced copy, or delete your account from the Account menu. Your local browser copy is separate and remains until you clear or replace it.

No professional advice

YourWorld is not medical, legal, financial, safety, navigation, or scheduling advice. It may contain mistakes, lose availability, or display an incomplete interpretation of what you entered. Keep independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as available and may change, pause, or end. Features can depend on browsers and third-party providers, including Google for optional sign-in, Supabase for optional storage, and Cloudflare for serving the site; each processes data under its own terms. The synced copy is a convenience replica and is not covered by scheduled database backups, so keep your own downloaded backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.

To the extent allowed by law, YourWorld is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the extent allowed by law, its maintainers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost data, lost profits, or loss of goodwill, and their total liability relating to the service will not exceed twenty five US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you agree to that jurisdiction and venue.
